All theta rings are handcrafted and have excellent capillary effect and extremely high efficiency. The theta ring packing is a small particle packing made of metal wire mesh. The corrugated plate arrangement of the Sita ring packing enables the gas flow to pass through smoothly, reducing the flow resistance and thereby lowering the pressure drop inside the tower. Its large channel structure ensures that the Sita ring packing maintains good performance when handling high-flow gases. Made of materials such as metal or plastic, it can be customized as needed and is easy to install and maintain. It is mainly used in laboratory and small-scale, high-purity product separation processes, as well as the development of isotopes, etc. This ring was created by British scientist Dr. Dixon in 1947, so it is named after him - Dixon packing.

Theta ring packing, also known as Dixon packing, is a type of high - efficiency annular packing made of metal wire mesh, with its diameter equal to its height. Common specifications include 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6, 7×7, 8×8, 9×9, 10×10, 11×11, 12×12 (unit: mm), etc. It comes in two forms: single - layer and double - layer. Generally, those with a size of 5×5 or larger will adopt the double - layer form to achieve better mechanical performance and separation effect. Its main materials are 304 and 316L, and other materials can also be customized according to special needs.

Theta ring packing has the characteristics of good mass transfer effect, high plate efficiency and convenient filling. It is mainly used in laboratories and the separation process of small - batch, high - purity products.
